H8606 Blackfin Processor Board for Rapid Applications

H8606-DK Blackfin Processor Board Development Kit

H8606 is a versatile embedded computing module based on an Analog Devices ADSP-BF532 Blackfin digital signal processor running at 400MHz core clock. It is a small low-cost module that allows integration into space and power demanding applications. It has been specifically designed to run Embedded Linux (uClinux) and incorporates a Xilinx Spartan-3E 100,000-gate FPGA that can provide a wide variety of peripherals, making this module highly flexible and capable to fit in any specific application.

H8606-DK is a low-cost development kit composed by a H8606 Blackfin Embedded Processor Board and a carrier board thet incorporates power supply voltage regulators, buffered ADSP-BF532 address, data and bus control signals, console serial port with RS-232 levels on a standard DB9 connector, and all the H8606 board connector signals in 0.1" (2.54mm) headers for easy access and rapid prototyping around the board.
