 HV Sistemas has accomplished the upgrading and repair of the F-404 Anti-Ice Valve Test Bench control system, currently installed at the Pneumatic Workshop in the Seville Spanish Air Force Maintenance Installations. This test bench is used to test air anti-ice valves for the General Electric F-404 jet engine, used the the Spanis Air Force F-18 fleet. |
 This system, based in a laser and a high sensitivity and selectivity detector, has been developed to verify the aim of test tubes in a firing test field. It has been installed in General Dynamics - Santa Bárbara Sistemas factory located in Alcantarilla (Murcia, Spain), on three different test tubes with calipers ranging from 105 to 155mm. |
 Emergencia 2000 is a company based in Madrid (Spain) with a worldwide sales network, devoted to manufacture and sales of medical emergency vehicles and related medical equipment, including also optoacoustic signalling systems. HV Sistemas has developed several electronic equipment for Emergencia 2000, and now manufactures and provides post-sales services for these products. |
 SPA MHC-180 hydraulic bench has ben developed to provide hydraulic power to aircrafts, according to MIL-P-19692E standard, and specifically for use with combat aircraft Eurofighter 2000 Typhoon. HV Sistemas developed the control software and provides the data adquisition and control electronics. |
 This system, specifically developed for the Sevilla (Spain) Local Police radio communications network, enables the remote control of the repeater system, composed by seven Motorola MTR-2000 plus a reserve repeater. |
 Agor S.L. is a company devoted to high quality printing equipment, with factory in Madrid (Spain) and worldwide sales network. The control board for Agor Contagor 470, PHS460 and PHS500 rotative equipment was developed, including its embedded software, by HV Sistemas. We now manufacture the board for Agor and provide also post-sales support. |
 HV Sistemas has upgraded the Sensitron SR-325 SODAR System, property of the Spanish Meteorological Office, replacing its analog electronics with an advanced digital signal processor, converting it into a multi-frequency system. |
 SPA EDAM-708 remote stations and ECAM-708 central site are the system components of a NBC Monitoring and Alert Network. EDAM-708 remote station incorporates chemical agressives, radiactivity and meteoroligical monitorization equipment, and a GPS receiver. Data transmission to the ECAM-708 central site is performed via radio. |
 SPA-208 y SPA-218 are rugged portable meteorological stations designed for use in hostile environments, as in NBC applications. They are designed according to AEP-7 (STANAG 4521), MIL-STD 810E and MIL-STD 461E. HV Sistemas developed the station embedded software and supplies the embedded computer and several power supply subsystems for these stations. |
HV Sistemas has a great degree of specialization in the development of custom solutions, with extensive capabilities and experience in the concept, design and manufacturing of electronic equipment per customer requirements. Our capabilities extend from product definition to prototyping and product manufacturing, covering both small and medium production runs, covering all product design and industrialization requirements.
Our fully equiped R&D laboratory incorporates all necessary equipment and instruments to develop any electronic equipment incorporating analog, digital and high frequency technologies as well as digital signal processing. We also have an in-house mechanical workshop that enables us to build equipment prototypes within a short schedule. Our software development department is capacited to develop the embedded firmware in our products as well as PC-based software running under linux or Windows operating systems.
Our customers in the custom solutions fields range from manufacturers of products that incoporate some electronics, to large engineering companies with whom we participate supplying specific equipment, system instegration and comissioning and post-sales support. Our final customers are industries that had a very good reputation in its field, and also large organizations or consortia as for example, the Spanish Ministry of Defense, EADS or Eurofighter.
