HV Sistemas has a great degree of specialization in the development of custom solutions, with extensive capabilities and experience in the concept, design and manufacturing of electronic equipment per customer requirements. Our capabilities extend from product definition to prototyping and product manufacturing, covering both small and medium production runs, covering all product design and industrialization requirements.

Our fully equiped R&D laboratory incorporates all necessary equipment and instruments to develop any electronic equipment incorporating analog, digital and high frequency technologies as well as digital signal processing. We also have an in-house mechanical workshop that enables us to build equipment prototypes within a short schedule. Our software development department is capacited to develop the embedded firmware in our products as well as PC-based software running under linux or Windows operating systems.

Our customers in the custom solutions fields range from manufacturers of products that incoporate some electronics, to large engineering companies with whom we participate supplying specific equipment, system instegration and comissioning and post-sales support. Our final customers are industries that had a very good reputation in its field, and also large organizations or consortia as for example, the European Space Agency (ESA), Spanish Ministry of Defense, Cassidian, Astrium or Eurofighter.

SENTINEL-3 SLSTR OME EGSE

SENTINEL-3 MWR EGSE

Sentinel-3 SLSTR OME EGSEHV Sistemas has been selected by Jena-Optronik GmbH for the design, development, manufacture and delivery of the Sentinel-3 SLSTR OME EGSEs, that are being used during the manufacture, assembly and integration of the Opto-Mechanical Enclosure (STM, EM and PFM models), part of the satellite Sea and Land Surface Temperature Radiometer

Sentinel-3 MWR EGSEAstrium - EADS CASA Espacio has selected HV Sistemas for the design, development, manufacture and delivery of the Sentinel-3 MWR EGSE. This ground support equipment is able to simulate the satellite platform, as well as several radiomenter subsystems, providing support during the assembly and integration phases of the MWR

SEOSAR/PAZ Front-End Simulator SCOE

SEOSAR/PAZ Power EGSE

SEOSAR PAZ Front End Simulator SCOEHV Sistemas has designed, developed, manufactured and delivered the SEOSAR/PAZ Front End Simulator to Astrium - EADS CASA Espacio. This is an SCOE used to simulate the satellite Instrument Front-End (ACE/RTU and IPDU subsystems)during the platform assembly, integration and testing tasks.

SEOSAR PAZ Power EGSEThe SEOSAR/PAZ Power EGSEs are units designed, developed and manufactured by HV Sistemas for Astrium - EADS CASA Espacio, providing support during the satellite Instrument Front-End assembly, integration and test phases. These EGSEs provides DC power to operational and test heaters, AC power to the satellite instrument PSUs, and incorporates a precision temperature data acquisition subsystem

The Trigger Unit is part of the SEOSAR/PAZ RF EGSE, and has been designed and built to support the automated radiation pattern characterization and test of the satellite SAR antenna panels

SPA NF-1000 is a test case used to perform the test procedures, in an automatic way, for the 1000-litre supersonic fuel tanks used with combat aircraft Eurofighter 2000 Typhoon. HV Sistemas developed the test case software and supplies also some of the data acquisition and control electronics.

F-404 ACM Test Bench Upgrade

SPA HY2/E 25/37 is a hydraulic bench designed to provide hydraulic power to Boeing CH-47 "Chinook" helicopters, in use by the Spanish Army. HV Sistemas developed the control software and supplies the data adquisition and control electronics.

HV Sistemas has accomplished the upgrading and repair of the F-404 ACM (Air Cycle Machine) Test Bench control system, currently installed at the Pneumatic Workshop in the Seville Spanish Air Force Maintenance Installations. This test bench is used to test air compressor turbines for the General Electric F-404 jet engine, used the the Spanis Air Force F-18 fleet.

MHCSPA MHC-180 hydraulic bench has been developed to provide hydraulic power to aircrafts, according to MIL-P-19692E standard, and specifically for use with combat aircraft Eurofighter 2000 Typhoon. HV Sistemas developed the control software and provides the data adquisition and control electronics.
HV Sistemas has accomplished the upgrading and repair of the F-404 Anti-Ice Valve Test Bench control system, currently installed at the Pneumatic Workshop in the Seville Spanish Air Force Maintenance Installations. This test bench is used to test air anti-ice valves for the General Electric F-404 jet engine, used the the Spanis Air Force F-18 fleet.

Spanish Ministry of Defence SIMUVRAC Project consist of the development and implantation of a training simulator for Contaminated Area Reconnaisance Vehicle crew training. HV Sistemas has actively participated in this project, now being completed, as the supplier of several simulated equipment and also colaborating in the installation and system comissioning tasks.

Spanish Army VRAC-NBC vehicle is a mobile laboratory for Contaminated Area Reconnaisance. Spanish Army has four VRAC units in its NBQR-1 Regimient. HV Sistemas developed the data adquisition software used inside the unit, and also supplied several electronic equipment.

SPA EDAM-708 remote stations and ECAM-708 central site are the system components of a NBC Monitoring and Alert Network. EDAM-708 remote station incorporates chemical agressives, radiactivity and meteoroligical monitorization equipment, and a GPS receiver. Data transmission to the ECAM-708 central site is performed via radio.
This system, based in a laser and a high sensitivity and selectivity detector, has been developed to verify the aim of test tubes in a firing test field. It has been installed in General Dynamics - Santa Bárbara Sistemas factory located in Alcantarilla (Murcia, Spain), on three different test tubes with calipers ranging from 105 to 155mm.
